Day 1

You arrive at The Devonshire Arms Country Hotel & Spa by chauffeur driven car (or chartered helicopter by arrangement). Book into your suite and enjoy a bottle of pink champagne in your room. Enjoy some time to relax and visit the spa and gardens, read the papers or walk around the beautiful 30,000 acre Bolton Abby Estate and its picturesque village. Afternoon tea will be served in the drawing room.

In the evening you will be served dinner in the Burlington Restaurant’s candlelit conservatory, where Executive Head Chef Steve Smith, who has held a Michelin Star for over ten years, will come and talk about your unique five-course tasting menu. Overnight stay in one of The Devonshire’s luxury rooms, with a huge bed and large bathrooms with a separate walk-in shower and spa bath.

Day 2

A sumptuous Full English breakfast or Continental breakfast in the Conservatory followed by time to relax before your trip to Ampleforth. Mid morning trip to Ampleforth Abbey Orchards, the most Northern commercial orchard in England which has been supplying apples locally for over 100 years. You will be given a guided tour of the orchards and see cider being made by the Monks. The Devonshire will have prepared you a light packed lunch to have at the Abbey. Return mid afternoon to The Devonshire Arms Hotel.

Day 2 continued

In the evening a chauffeur driven car will take you and your guests to The Box Tree in Ilkley. This small and renowned restaurant has been a part of Ilkley since the early sixties. Chef Simon Gueller has forged a reputation as one of the best talents in the country. You will be treated to a modern french six-course menu and enjoy wines to accompany the meals from the extensive wine cellar. Return to The Devonshire Arms and climb into your large inviting bed for a good night’s sleep.

Day 3

After a hearty breakfast you will check out and transfer by chauffeur driven car (or chartered helicopter by appointment) to your method of transport home. You will take away with you a personalised chef's apron, menu cards, along with a bottle of Ampleforth Cider and Ampleforth Cider Brandy.
